Fluffy Tower Privacy Policy

Last updated: 9 October 2026

Fluffy Tower is a game by Slashforward (Wouter Neuteboom, Leiderdorp, the Netherlands). We care about privacy and don’t collect any personal data ourselves.

What does the game store?

Your stars, your attempts per level, your highest tower and your settings are stored only on your own device.

Anonymous gameplay statistics

To see which levels are too hard or too easy, the game sends anonymous events to TelemetryDeck (a European service built for privacy), such as “level 15 started”, “won with 2 stars” or “failed after 40 seconds”. They contain no name, email address or location, only an encrypted, anonymous device code that can’t be traced back to you. More info: telemetrydeck.com/privacy.

Ads

The free version occasionally shows an ad through Google AdMob, only between levels. To do so, Google may use data such as an advertising ID, the type of device and a coarse location (country) to show and measure ads. In the European Economic Area we ask for your consent first; you can always change your choice under “Privacy” on the start screen. Apple also asks whether you want to allow tracking; if you say no, you still get ads, just not ones tailored to you. More on how Google uses data: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Why is this allowed?

For the anonymous gameplay statistics, it is our legitimate interest: making the game more fun and fairer, without knowing who you are. For personalised ads we ask for your consent in the European Economic Area; if you say no, you only get regular ads. Ads are set to “suitable for all ages”.

Data outside Europe

TelemetryDeck processes the statistics in the European Union. Google may also process ad data in the United States; Google takes part in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and uses the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. How long Google keeps data is set out in Google’s retention policy.

No ads

With the “No ads” purchase you’ll never see an ad again and the ad service is no longer started. Payment is handled entirely by Apple; we never see any payment details.

Children

Fluffy Tower is not specifically meant for children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from children.

Your rights and contact

Because we don’t store any personal data ourselves, there is nothing for us to show you or delete. You can change your ad choice under “Privacy” on the start screen, and turn off tracking in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Questions about this policy: [email protected]. If you disagree with how we handle data, you can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) or the data protection authority in your own country.
