Starfall is developed and operated by Wouter Neuteboom, trading as Slashforward in Leiderdorp, the Netherlands. The email address and Dutch business phone number below are the public contact channels for Starfall.
How to contact us
Email the support address below. Include only the commander name, app version and problem details needed to help you. Never send a password, authentication link, full access token or another player’s personal information.
Safety and moderation
Use the in-app Block and Report actions for unwanted contact, abusive commanders or harmful messages. For an urgent account-safety concern, contact support and describe the affected commander or conversation without forwarding private authentication details.
Account and data requests
You can permanently delete your account from Profile → Account & safety. If you cannot access the app, contact us from the email address used for Starfall so ownership can be verified before an access, correction or deletion request is processed.
Technical reports
For connection, queue or notification problems, include the approximate time, your app version and the affected feature. This helps us investigate without exposing another player’s private data.
